This thing is awesome!
This tool is the last serpentine belt tool you will ever need to purchase. The ratcheting mechanism is awesome. Build quality is extremely durable and will last you decades. Very easy to use and comfortable in the hand. Gearwrench products are too not and this tool offers great value for the money and includes lifetime warranty!

Good device
Should have bought this years ago. Most times I've changed a serpentine belt it's been with a 3/8" ratchet and short extension but that's mostly been on longitudinal mounted engines. These fwd with the transverse mount take knuckle skinning to a whole new level. This tool worked like a charm to enable me to get past obstructions such as the crank pulley on a 2013 Chrysler 200 V6 using the ratcheting mechanism to give me the leverage to release the belt tension for taking out the old belt and installing the new one. Do yourself a favor and draw a picture of the belt routing BEFORE you take the belt off. It will save you learning a whole new set of sweat words. I highly recommend this tool and it comes with many attachments for accessing and undoing many other poorly engineered setups.
