I am 1.60 mts. 70-75 kg which size should fits me ?

I bought it for my 6 year old son. I believe that for your size and weight would be adult size.

Help !! There is no M or any aloha size in the size chart , what size should I choose for 14 ???

As my son is 12 n I get Usa size 14 for him so you can go for size of 16 years

I'm ~1.6 m, 58 kg -- the size that fits me is Boys 16/18 (L/G). The length of the shirt on my arms and torso is good. In my opinion, it is not too tight or too loose either.
