Best book to help prepare for FNP certification

I worked through this book and used the on-line accompaniment prior to testing for my NP license. I passed, so I’d say it was effective!

I find them especially useful since so much is online now—it’s great to have something tangible to reference. Highly recommend for anyone needing a solid study tool!

I bought this book in July 2024. Now I got to chapter 7 and 8, toward the end of chapter 7 and throughout chapter 8. I can't read some of the writing see pictures. My advice to whoever buying that book first go through the entire book to see if there's no smudge of ink on any of the pages. I can't return this book because it's January now.

This book was a life saver! Chapters really explained everything easily and the test questions were very similar to what I saw on tests. Best of all, the questions gave rationales which helps solidify the information. This book is worth its weight in gold! Get it!

This book is very helpful and I definitely recommend it as a resource. It simplifies complex concepts and is organized by body system. It highlights the major health conditions in each body system and provides a simple and concise explanation. At the end of every concept a mini quiz is offered to test comprehension. I’ve found this book very useful during the semester and I’m sure I’ll find it helpful for boards.
