While I did return this item, just didn't work in my shower space, I was impressed with the quality of the item.

pressure with air is great
This unit was for the spare bedroom and we go there just to use it. With water reducer and 1/2 Pex it lacks water but with the air added into the stream, it has more pressure yet is a fine spray. We like this very much. Quality components for install.

1-year in and this shower system was really a great buy. Great looking product! Levers run smooth and intuitively. The rain head is capable of putting out a lot of water. I had a little issue with the cartridge after our house got rally cold during a blizzard this winter where the power was out for a long time. Seller quickly sent the replacement piece needed to get it back to 100%. Would definitely recommend this shower system.

Great customer service
We bought these in Feb but due to construction delays couldn’t get to them until Sept. We struggled to get the water to flow, but after talkin with customer service via email they helped us out and replaced a bad part we got. Would totally buy from SR Sun again
