I don’t know how a person knows for sure that a supplement is five stars, but have a good dose of omegas. They are gel caps and ears easy to swallow. Great for vegans who struggle to find enough of the right foods to meet minimum requirements. Seems like a good deal to me.

They worked for me .

I was using a different plant based omega that just got too expensive. I was paying almost $40 a month for something that worked great but got to be too much on our budget. I can't handle fishy omegas so I love that this one is plant based and has 3, 6, & 9 included. Highly recommend.
