We just got these snaps in on today and my daughter has been wanting them for so long! I finally remembered to order them and they arrived very quickly. I have tried so many of the ponytail holders for her natural hair that either break or the elastic gives way and the coating starts to peel. It has been a nightmare trying to find something that can hold all of her hair as it it HUGE!!! When I saw these I read the reviews and was convinced that I needed to try these as they don't snag the hair or take it out with constant usage. She wears a huge ponytail everyday and I wanted to make sure that I purchased something that would not take her hair out. The snaps feel so good and they are able to be put on and taken off with ease. They are super stretchy and it makes it so easy to get all of her hair into one ponytail without leaving any of it out by mistake. Whoever invented these is a genius because I have struggled for 2 years now to find something that would work like these snaps do! I am over the moon with this purchase and am sure that anyone that is struggling with a lot of hair and managing it in ponytails, etc. you will be glad that you ordered these because I definitely am. I will definitely order more in the future so that I have a stockpile on hand. They have saved me so much time this evening with putting her hair in a ponytail for dance practice after washing it. It usually takes me 1 to 1 1/2 hours to wash, oil, and style her hair in a ponytail. I was able to do it in 45 minutes today! Snap-Off Hair Ties, you are a rock star in my book!!!!

I was actually surprised with this product, I generally read the bad reviews to see what’s the negative some people said they broke, they were not strong, they seemed cheap. At first I bought the bungee bands but I actually didn’t like those. My hair tangles around the bunzees and often when I adjust them my hair always gets caught in the bead. I guess I’m just not good at holding my hair away and adjusting it.So I decided to try these and my expectations were really low. I just needed another option. I thought they looked cheap when I got them and they seemed thin. But they work. I ensure I’m being careful so that might help and I try to use the correct size for the style I need and try to not force a small one to wrap around my head. I really love the idea of being able to clip a bunch together and do the style I want. It is actually way easier now to do high puffs, low puffs, all sort of puffs and updos with this. I’m not sure if my hair type and texture plays a part but I’m really loving them. My hair doesn’t get caught in the material as it’s kind of smooth, and it’s much easier to clip the clips together and away from your hair. Even if my hair was to get caught in the clip. It’s just a simple pull them apart so I’m not worried about breaking my hair.They are super stretchy and the fact that they are thin means they go unnoticed in your hair. So I don’t even have to worry about color.I would give them a try.

The delivery was delayed 3 days hence my removal of a star. Otherwise the product is exactly what I need for styling my toddlers hair. No snags or pulls.

My husband has long thick dreads that reach mid back. He loves these hair ties to get them out of the way. They are super easy to use and super durable. I haven't heard him complain about one coming undone once which says a lot with his heavy hair. We've tried a lot of other kinds and these are the best.

I purchased these in 2022 and loved them so I decided to order more. Very disappointed that you now receive three hair ties instead of the five you got in the past. You are literally paying $6 per hair tie when it was $5.60 when it was five in a pack. Will have to consider other vendors on my next purchase.

This is the best version of scrunchies for when you have long braids or whatever and you want to quickly put your hair in a ponytail or bun. Instead of having to fight with your usual scrunchies, this allows you avoid the tiresome battle while it's material refuses to snag on your hair at any point in its installation or removal. Highly recommend for my fellow naturals. Just buy it, you won't regret.

I bought this because I needed an alternative to using shoe lace to scoop up my 4c hair into a bun. This doesn't do that. It's not even elastic enough. You have to struggle to get it to pull the hair together and even then keeps pulling on your hair. It can't get your hair sleek at all. If i hadn't thrown away the packaging it came in I would certainly have returned. It's a big let down. And it's so expensive. I could have gotten hair ties for a dollar or 5 box at most. I'm really disappointed.

I assumed this product would work for long locs and it did! I hate having to pull my locs through a ponytail holder. I do a lot of curly styling and having to pull through loosens and removes the curls-especially when I have to redo or start overs. Using this allows me to gather hair exactly where I need it and it stays put. It even helps gather when my hand cannot hold all of locs I can position one end to wrap around to make my infamous pineapple. The snaps are easy but may be challenging if you have longer fingernails. These work for the best high loc buns and mid ponytails! These should be in other colors too! I’m buying more. Try em you won’t be disappointed!
