The belt was accurate in size and thicker than the original. Fits really well in the buckle. I had an issue with an Amazon competitor that sent me 1 1/8 belt when I ordered 1 1/4. So I tried this line and went with the 1 3/8 assuming maybe they run small. This one was exactly 1 3/8 and still fit the buckle. The original that wore out was 1 1/4 but was actually a little small for the buckle. So overall I am pleased with the product. It feels like real leather but for 10 bucks its not? Seriously, buyers are looking for real leather for 10 bucks?? It even came with a spare belt loop. Even the original didn't come with that so overall I would buy from this supplier.

I bought this belt to repair a ratchet belt I bought 6 months ago from Vandz US. The Vandz belt consisted of two extremely thin pieces of "leather" sandwiching some unknown core material. This started breaking and coming apart where it joined the buckle. This Barry Wang belt is a nice 3/16" x 1 5/16" piece of leather. I had to shave it down to 1 1/4" on the part that slides through my buckle, but I knew that when I bought it. The ratchet cogs work fine with my buckle.If you want a belt you can depend on, buy this one.

This is a nice looking belt at a decent price, but I got it to replace a worn out strap on a SlideBelt brand buckle. The words “Slide Belt” are like the word “Kleenex” it is a brand that also means a class of product.The words “slide belt” are used in the description, and it does have ratchet slots for that style buckle, but be warned -THIS WILL NOT FIT A REGULAR SLIDE BELT BRAND BUCKLE! It is ever so slightly too wide. I managed to get it to work with one of my army style buckles, and it is a good looking strap, but ultimately disappointed and feel duped.

I really like this style of belt, but the first ones that I had were pretty expensive and one buckle broke after about six months of use. I decided to try the Barry Wang version and for around 20 bucks, it was worth a try. I couldn't be more pleased with the purchase. The buckle is heavy and well made and I don't think it's going to be breaking any time soon. The straps are also very well made and I really like the different styles available. After that initial purchase I bought two more and will be buying more when I need another belt.

This buckle has nickel, even though it is advertised as not. Gives a rash. =(

The strap on one of my belts failed (the bonded leather delaminated), and I decided to replace it with something different. This 1 3/8" crocodile-look strap fit the bill. It was easy to trim and it worked fine with my existing buckle. I have no idea how durable this will be or whether the texture will be problematic down the road, but it's fun and inexpensice.

Hey I just want to say I was very very pleasantly surprised the thought and effort and everything that went into sending this out this is just a plain belt wasn't expensive but he put it into padded packages it has a nice little velvet bag and then a little card and print it off and resize instructions and just it was just a very warm-hearted gesture thank you so much and brightened up my day after A Hard Day's Work

My husband loves them. He won’t wear any other kind of belt anymore. They are easy to adjust to size by just trimming them with a scissors. The clasps on the buckle are easy to use. They hold up well. We will keep buying as needed. I have noticed there are a couple different sized widths with these belts so just measure and do your research when buying replacement to ensure you get the correct size belt/ buckle.

Bought as a Christmas present for my partner and 6 months later it still looks as good as new.He took it to a shoe repairer to add the holes and he wears it daily with a large buckle accessory which looks great when worn with jeans.Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend this item.

It's a good quality buckle. I personally don't think that they should put a card in with the product asking to leave a review though. They also ask not to leave a bad review, which is wrong.

A good thick belt that doesn't look like it'll wear out any time soon.
