Beautiful palette! Great formula! Pigmented, easy to work with!
This comes in an outer product box. It is made in China. It has a cruelty free logo. The ingredients are listed on the back. The palette itself looks the same front and back as the outer product box. The palette feels really nice, not cheap or flimsy. It is cardboard with magnetic closure. There was a plastic protective sheet inside over the pans. There’s a mirror on the lid. There are shade names below each pan. The pan sizes look good.I got the palette - “Green Dream.” It looks beautiful with greens, brown, yellow, black, orange and pretty shimmers! There are 12 shades total (2 rows of 6). Theres 5 matte, 6 shimmer, and 1 pressed glitter.I did finger swatches on my clean forearm (no lotion, primer, etc.). I did not swatch the pressed glitter. I hate dealing with glitter! I love how pretty it looks on, but can’t stand how it gets everywhere! I did a photo of the swatches during the day in indirect natural lighting. I took a second photo during the day with direct natural lighting so you can really see the sparkle!Mattes - For the swatches, I did 2 layers for each of these. The mattes had good pigment. They aren’t the most pigmented, but they have good pigment from the start and build up. They feel soft. There is some kickback in the pan but not much. They apply nicely on the eyes. Just like the swatches, they have good pigment from the start and build up well. They blend easily and last well on the eye.Shimmers - It feels like there’s a couple different formulas - standard shimmers and shimmers with micro glitter in them. The standard shimmers - For the swatches, I did 1 layer for each of these. These are soft and smooth. They have almost a creamy feel to them. I’d almost call a lot of them metallics, but they don’t have that full on wet look that metallics have. They pick up easy with finger or brush. They have good pigment. They apply nicely on the eyes. You can use a brush or finger and they look great either way. They look beautiful! And they wear well all day. These are:Top Row3rd pan, the gold shade (“Universe”)5th pan, the copper shade (“Green Glow”)6th pan, the marbled shade (“Look Up”)Bottom Row5th pan, the brown shade (“Change”)Shimmers with micro glitter in them - For the swatches, I did 2 layers for each of these. They are thinner feeling and looking than a standard shimmer, not as opaque. They have a lot of sparkle from the micro glitter. They can be used as a topper shade or on their own. They pick up easily with a brush or finger. They have a creamy feel to them. Like a seriously creamy feel. They create an indent if you press into the pan and you can even kind of squish it around! These are really beautiful! These apply nicely on the eyes. I prefer using my finger with these ones or a wet brush. They look great on the eyes and wear well all day! These are:Bottom Row1st pan, champagne gold (“Expand”)2nd pan, peachy gold (“Contain”)There is 1 pressed glitter that I didn’t swatch or use. I don’t like pressed glitters. Well, I have a love/hate relationship with glitters. I love the way they look on, but hate how it gets everywhere! So, I just don’t even touch them! This one is white with little stars and moons in it. These are the kind of pressed glitters that I definitely don’t like. I just don’t see how putting shapes with sharp points like stars and moons with pointed ends in something that’s supposed to go on your eyes. It just doesn’t seem very safe to me! I like having my eyesight way too much to risk it with pointy shapes like that! But, it looks pretty, so if you aren’t worried about it like I am, then you might like it! I’m just glad there is only 1 pressed glitter in the palette.Overall, I think this is a cute palette! It has nice grungy colors. I can’t wait to use this in the fall! They all perform well and are easy to work with. I recommend!

Nice quality!
I love makeup, especially eye shadow palettes. I'm a slave to urban decay and Kat Von D for their blendability and color stories. I chose green dream because I don't have much in that color wheel and I wanted something new. I have blue/green eyes and red hair. The palettes most complimentary to my coloring are UD honey and naked 3. I immediately opened this up and started trying out the different shades. I've usually been shy with greens/blues because it can look very 80's - think of blue shadow with blue eyes. I was surprised based on the name that there's actually only one true shade of green in this, I would love if there were more. I like the mix of matte and shimmer. You can get a full look out of this palette. A nice start with the transition/base shade "dark matter". Some of them have a little glitter, one has a lot of glitter("lightwave"). That marble shade "look up" is nice for the inner corner, very pretty! I also love the gold shade "universe". Everything blends well and is buildable for more intensity. I'm impressed by the quality of this palette for the price. I'd get another one, maybe the orange dreamland.

Excellent Color Payoff -Easy to Blend
ELLESY Eyeshadow Palette Highly Pigmented 12 Colors Eye Makeup PaletteThis eye shadow palette provides a great range of matte, shimmer, and metals with some real stunners but with several neutral shades that appear mostly the same. This is a warm-toned palette with a good assortment of sunset colors along with a splash of green. There are some really spectacular shades in this one.Lookup - a mint green chrome with a subtle pop of turquoiseChange - a gold shimmer that is subtle with a bit of green undertoneLightwave - a chunky holographic glitter with stars and crescent moons! The pans are average side but with these colors, you can easily use this up rather than ending up tossing the whole thing because it is out of date. I have now gone through all of the shades and while some are better than others, the whole set is worth the price. These blend super easily and I really think that these are pigments rather than normal eye shadows. Pigments might stain your eyelids so it is best to use a primer to protect your skin. You can create so many different looks with this and the quality is much better than Morphe and NYX. These are made in China but most makeup is these days. I really love this palette and so far no irritation or issues with any of the colors.
