Yes. Wash in cold water and and throw in the dryer on low. Dries in minutes.

It does not have a button or clip but it is very large with enough to tie it securely. I love mine, the colors are so pretty and it’s nice and long.

64”W x 45”L, it falls like the picture shows. I’m a women’s size 10,12 and give good coverage
