What is the tension , or is it actually worth getting , I guess what I’m trying to say , is it actually hard to do so you can can build strength

From the review video looks way too easy, I mean the pencil arms did it with ease, so what is the resistance amount in pounds?

I can’t tell you the lbs but it’s almost impossible to fully bend on med resistance

How far are you supposed to pull it down? To the table? A video demonstration would be helpful.

I've touched the table with it. however, be careful because if it pops, it pops hard. and your knuckles will pay the price.
