Would someone measure the diameter of the clock face?

The actual face is 1.5 inches in diameter. There is a circular gold border around the face that would make the total diameter 1 5/8" (slightly under).

is this a 4 sided stand up cardboard phone booth

No, just one-sided (on front) with a stabalizer piece of cardboard on the rear to hold it up. It's not too sturdy but did the job well that we needed it for as a stage prop.
