If it's not clicking right away, try what I did. It works great now
My Ping wrench arrived today and the first thing I did was try it out on my Ping G440 woods. I was concerned that I didn't hear a click while turning right. I didn't want to ruin my new clubs and I'd heard in the Amazon review section, that some people didn't get it to click. What I did to REALLY check to see if it was working properly and clicking, I put the wrench in a vise to see if it would click. It seems to me that it's a little tight coming from the manufacturer. After twisting it a few times, it turned a little easier. Then I tried it out on my woods and it works great.

Used on my G30 . Put in vise as one customer said to loosen up. Than worked as advertised.

Crank it in a vise before you use it.
Great tool. Works with the G440 drivers. It’s just that when you receive it, make sure you put in a vise and give a few cranks. It’s very tight when you first go to use it. It might end up stripping the screws on the hosel or weight. So I suggest to loosen it up a bit before putting it to use.
