Amazon fulfills so they had no control over the used set. Thanks for the good customer service!Original review: The set works like you would imagine a steel ball set would. Sturdy. However, I’m writing this review because we received this set EXTREMELY USED. The bag was obviously used to the point that the balls were almost falling out of the holes worn out from the bottom of the case. The balls had small scratches and dents in them, which was from many uses since these balls are super sturdy. I’m keeping the set because it’s what I wanted and currently living on the road and it’s too hard to exchange. But that doesn’t mean I’m pissed off for paying full price for a obviously used set. LAME.

Great item. Love it.

These will work just fine and lots of fun. However the chrome finish is crap, if you’re buying to have a good looking set, look elsewhere and if just occasional fun then okay.

I know coating comes off with use, but these were banged up and chipped even before. Returned.

Good quality. fun game

Pétanque balls are great but plastic dividers between them came broken, slightly annoying but not serious enough to bother returning them.
