Strong & Lightweight
Great for lashing projects. Light weight, strong, and weather resistant, this bank line makes a great addition to survival and bushcraft kits, especially with the tensile strength options available. Highly recommend purchasing.

Great for catching catfish! And virtually everything else!
I used up my first roll of this line for so many things I couldn't name them all. This stuff has quickly become my all-around favorite utility cord for just about everything. I especially like that it's braided rather than twisted because that alone means it doesn't immediately begin to unravel the instant you cut it to length like a twisted line often does. And being tarred also helps to keep it from unraveling. I usually will touch a flame from a lighter to the freshly cut ends of any nylon-stranded line to ensure it doesn't unravel, but with this line, if I'm in a hurry or find myself without a lighter I know I don't really need to worry about it.I've been very busy for the last week getting all my gear ready for a new fishing adventure of running trotlines on a big lake from a kayak. An example of the multitude of uses I've found for this line is shown in the second picture. It's a folding knife that I keep clipped to my right front pants pocket while out fishing and using a short length of Texas Bushcraft Tarred Bank Line tied off at the other end to a small carabiner which I attach to a belt loop or whatever is handy so that if I happen to reach out over the water to cut something and accidentally drop the knife it won't fall in the water and get lost. A few days ago my first roll ran out, but rather than grab some other line decided I'd rather wait for the new roll of Texas Tarred Bank Line I have ordered. It's supposed to arrive tomorrow. Woo Hoo!
