The product itself is great and full of resources and information on strategies for teaching ESL students.But every time I try to return am being told that there is a problem. I do not want to pay fees for late return.How else can I return the product?Dan

It is the right book required by the course work.

Can't wait to see how this book will better prepare me for the future!

There is goo infromation, but the writing is rather dry. Even the anecdotes are buried in a passive academic tone.

I rented this in August, and didn't need it until later in the semester. All of a sudden it isn't available on the Kindle Cloud Reader online, and I have to "download" it. I don't know what that means, but I rented the e-book for a specific reason, to be able to read it on a device, and now I can't even access it.
