December Gifts In 1927, Wright designed a series of twelve monthly covers based on seasonal themes for Liberty magazine. When submitted, they were judged to be too avant-garde for the time but would become the basis for later interpretations executed in diverse media. Each design is an example of Wright's practice using the tools of his trade. This design is a detail from the drawing, December Gifts, depicting festive holiday gifts with ribbon and bows abstracted to striking geometric shapes. Water resistant to 30 meters. The watch is as beautiful as you could hope for. The design, fit and finish are sensational! It's weighty enough to feel the quality without being heavy. The hour and minute hands are near impossible to read, but that isn't the point with this watch. It's a style piece and WHAT style! I'm proud to own this gorgeous watch.

I was amazed to find out that my sister studied Mr. Write’s work in college, it’s a great watch and a great conversation starter when I’m out and about.
