This crate arrived damaged - the clip that holds it together when packed was in the wrong place, one clip being on the right bar and for some reason the other arm of the clip was in the bar infront meaning the crate could not be put up. I had to spend nearly an hour bending the clip off with pliers. Once this was done it was up, but you could clearly see that the shape was a bit out of shape. With a bit of bending we made it better. We would have sent it back but we literally had just picked up the puppy and we needed to use it. Also the other problem with this crate is the poor finish - I have cut myself several times on some of the sharp edges of crate (which are now taped so the puppy wont hurt himself). We have another one on order from somewhere else which should be arriving today. I really want my money back!!

I’m not mechanically inclined but it was easy to put this together right out of the box. Our pup finds it a safe secure place to retreat. It’s sturdy and is easy to move so I can clean around it. Our pup is rambunctious so I put a rubber mat under it so it doesn’t slide into the wall. Great product.

Good quality, simple dog crate. Easy to set up, my dog fits inside. What else do you need? Would recommend to anyone who wants a simple dog crate.

Tal como muestra la foto, ideal para perros schnauzer y razas de tamaños parecidos, incluso agregando una base mullida y un cono por si la mascota se encuentra recuperándose de alguna intervención el tamaño es excelente.Uno de los barrotes de la base llego un poco chueco, pero no es nada que afecte al producto.

This is very good product for small pets. The quality is very good when compared with other cages of same price.

just the right size does it's job well, sturdy enough for my medium sized dog
