Is the Almay all day intense gel eyeliner meant to twist out of the tube?

Great question!! I too struggled a bit with this. No, it does not twist!! Just use a sharpener as if it were an eyeliner pencil.

Is this eyeliner truly waterproof?

This eyeliner stays on all day, sweat proof, probably would stay on in the pool. I love it’s smooth application. I’ll never use any other kind.

Is what you see all you get if more doesn't twist out of tube?

It does not twist out of tube. you have to sharpen with sharpener. I put in freezer for just few minutes and it sharpens great.

Does this last on the water line?

Definitely no water proof, it feel amazing but smudged after less than 2 hours.
