Mct coconut oil
I use this product while I'm cooking. I use it in my coffee. My smoothies, I like it for my weight loss journey. It boosts my energy. There's no taste to it. It absorbs quickly into your system. I highly recommend it. I have been using this for quite a while. I got my daughter using it. I give this to my grandchildren. I also Give it to my dog.It has boost my dog's overall health.This is a good product to use.I highly recommend it

Good product.
Showing some improvements in memory and energy levels. Feel that my food is digesting as it should. I have had no adverse effects from this product. No diarrhea or other system issues, but I did move up gradually from a half a tablespoon to a three tablespoon dosage. I went a half teaspoon up a week as my body grew accustomed to the product. I did notice I was more regular than usual with my bile movements. Usually in the morning when I wake up, I have to sit for a moment to expel whatever is in my body that should not be there.

Good taste, medium chain triglycerides for burning fat
Been using for a couple of years. Works great in coffee, thanks to the fat I use this as breakfast substitute with some collagen.
