Steel Cut Oats are good for you.
Less expensive than buying at the local Ralph's/Krogers and tastes the same. I make it with soy milk, some berries and chia seeds.

Decent quality oats on a budget
For the measly price this asks for, they sure give a lot of oats. Tastewise I can't tell the difference between this and oats that costs double or triple of what this costs. It cooks quickly so I have enough time to cook this for breakfast before going to work. If a manufacturer sees this please start offering an organic option.

Great product, bad packaging.
Years ago, I stopped purchasing this product due to the packing failure in shipment. I tried again and the same thing happened. The packaging failed and it opened the oats into the whole box.
