Good for gut health/ no side effects

Great probiotic - good strains for a happy mind
I always swap out probiotics & use this one in rotation with other brands , but this one is good because I believe it has L- reuteri & L-gasueri both of these strains are feel good probiotics & help the brain & also help SIBO SYMPTOMS.
