Very strong magnets indeed. Used them for a few art projects.

These are powerful, not as powerful as the uncoated ones, but for what they are they are really good

Designing a gun accessory for the Meta Quest virtual reality system games. Screwed or glued them on the gun in different locations in order to be able to adjust it for the user. Works great, I can hold the accessory in one hand with these mags holding it so it doesn't separate and you drop it. But able to flip the accessory to the side and pull the controller off easily. I'm on my 2nd 12pk now!

I'm not sure how any of these companies come up with the pound rating for magnets. I sure wouldn't want to count on this, or others, to hold up objects for their rating. That being said, these magnets are strong. I put 4 of them (2 on each side) of a printed paper towel holder. It is solid! Definitely the right magnet for the job. I'll buy more if needed.

The 80lb magnet has a very powerful grip to the plate and it's quite a challenge to push a centered plate off the magnet😁 Fyi: You can carefully use another magnet to push the side of the plate over, but it takes some push to get it over. The holes are a smidgen smaller than an M5 size bolt, so an M4 size needs to be used. Great magnets - would buy again..

I wanted some strong 1" circular magnets for a woodworking project, and these fit the bill. I have to say, these are way stronger than you think they are. I accidentally got one of the steel washers stuck to one of the magnets and I had to put it in a vise and use a flat bladed screwdriver and a mallet to be able to tap and pry the washer off. The screws it comes with are a good profile and sit in the countersunk hole perfectly to sit flat with the the magnet surface. Good value for this quality.

The magnets I received were weaker than the "60 lbs" magnets from the same vendor, which I confirmed by checking on a gaussmeter. They were weak enough they won't work for my application. Otherwise they looked pretty good and decently cheap. I would recommend them for most general applications but you might want to go up in strength if the size change isn't an impact for you.

Very strong magnets they're hard to move once you let them snap I use mine to put up lights in my container they will not move you have to pry them a loose

Fantastic strength on metal, but I wish it had more hold through glass. It's why I needed the power. Be careful handling them, if 2 snap together, you can get quite a pinch ;-0 Oh, and keep them away from anything electronic, especially pacemakers and such.
