Is this shiny/metallic at all? it says "matte" but also "sun-kissed". i'm trying to decide if i can use it as a contour but i want zero glow.

This provides a matte finish, "sun-kissed" refers to the shade.

Can you put it all over your face to look like your whole face is tanned?

You could, but you would run into issues with blending. It would create a harsh line against your neck and it would look kind of silly. With this product you're best off using it as a bronzer/contour. To get that tanned look, you actually get better results if you put it where the sun would hit your face (temples, cheeks, etc.). There's some great Youtube makeup tutorials to show you how to use bronzer to get that sunkissed look.

This is a good build-able product that has a very good tone and coverage to it. I love e.l.f. products anyway and don't think I have used one yet that wasn't great and did more than what it says it does, and this one is the same. I am amazed at how many men don't use makeup more often since it does help with appearance and looks. I have recently started using makeup and e.l.f. products are by far superior to any that I have used yet. I have to use mattifying products as I have oily skin and e.l.f. products do the job.
