With plastic molds, you must freeze* the chocolate in the mold for about 7 minutes until it naturally releases. This cutie popped right out. I held him in place with one hand, then turned it over, gentle placing him face down, he slid right out. Sometimes you may have to gentle tap tap.. if it doesn't come out, freeze it for another minute or two.DO NOT over freeze, as it will cause your chocolate to sweat.I kept the ears & feet practically full of chocolate (during second coating)Be sure to coat at least 2x & be aware for thin spots.. hold up to light before popping it out of mold to make sure it all looks even by holding up to the light.Have fun! This mold is GREAT!

It’s nice BUT it doesn’t bring the plastic that goes on the back so it makes it hard to get the bear

The mold is beautiful easy to clean, sturdy and the thickness is great, but my bear kept getting stuck in the mold. When I finally got it to release either the ear or the neck would break. I attempted to put more chocolate in those areas but no success. After my 10th attempt to make the bear what finally worked for me was letting it set for 20-25 minutes in the fridge instead of 10. So, two coats of chocolate and 20-25 minutes in the fridge. Make sure to wash the mold before use very well with hot water. You can also wipe it down with a 100% proof vodka to disinfect. Make sure the mold is dry before use. Moisture can cause your chocolate to stick. When the chocolate is totally dry it will pop out easily if it doesn't pop out easily it needs more time.

This worked pretty good. Just let set in refrigerator not freezer. And put a bit more on edges so it does not break when taking out. I did put a tad bit of cooking oil on napkin and kinda wiped the inside so I would come out easier. Make sure no water inside or chocolate will NOT stick to plastic.

Very easy to use it is extremely sturdy a good value for the buck
