This intra workout is really good for me to use as a recovery tool. After a long day at work, I have this powder ready to shake in a bottle. *Use a mixing bottle for this or a blender as hand mixing it sometimes leads to a gritty shake* adding ice is next level awesome. It has a tangy citrus tase, not the best but not horrible either. very mild.

I had not known about Intra Blast until I found an empty container somebody left in the locker room. I been using it for about 2 years now. Very solid amino profile to what you can find in the over-saturated market of amino powders...and the taste is pretty decent. My latest purchase of Peach/Mango is pretty darn good, I rotate flavors and have not been disappointed. You can really FEEL the value of this product on the beach, mix it with a bottle of Evian and throw it in your beach bag...and sip throughout the day. Next day, just bring water to the beach...and see how different you feel that evening...you will never wanna be on beach without this stuff! You can throw the whole container in your carry-on and TSA will let it through. They will open your bag and swab the lid...but they let it through every time. Enjoy!

The product works great. If you looking for something to help performance during your workout. This flavor was a bit tangy but that is good because it forces you to sip on it during the workout. As oppose to drinking the whole thing at once.

This is my second round with this intra workout. Different flavor, just due to wanting to mix it up. Which all in all is an excellent choice if you like something with a good tart flavor. As always though: this product delivers with everything on the label, helps you push through your workouts with great results! Will continue to buy!

After my usual preworkout mixes (Hyde Xtreme and NitroSurge) began giving me stomach issues, I gave this mix a try. My first sip was pretty bad. I'm not sure what flavor profile they're using but I tasted neither orange nor mango. Lordy it was awful. Watering it down helped significantly. I didn't feel the same burst of energy nor the tingling sensation in my skin that I get from the others (which I both like and don't like) so I wasn't sure it was even working. The result was that I was able to get into and through my 2-3 hour workout where before I would get sidelined due to something in the proprietary recipes of the other mixes I was using. With NutraBio, I can add my own caffeine to it if I want that jolt. Despite the taste (at least of the Orange Mango), so far this has replaced my old preworkout mixes. It mixes well and is effective. Trying the Sweet Tea next. If I find a flavor that I like, I'll bump this up to 5 stars.

Aside from the debate about effectiveness of BCAAs, this Essential Aminos mix is one of my favorite pre-workouts. It has a good to excellent taste and mixes well. At the very least, I believe it keeps me from feeling hungry during early AM workouts. Pair it with a coffee or other pre-workout stimulus and you've got a solid stack to get your through AM workouts.

I ordered Mango Orange and received Dragon Fruit BUT man it taste so good. So I am ok with the mixup. BTW i like the mango. Provides great hydration, energy to push thru your workouts. Less muscle soreness after weights and able to recover. I drink sometimes for an extra boost of amino acids on days im not working out. I follow it up with NutraBio protein vanilla shake.
