Great substitute for eggs
This foamer works perfectly as a substitute for egg in cocktails. It creates a nice, stable foam that looks and feels just like the real thing, without the hassle of dealing with raw egg whites. The texture it adds to drinks is smooth and consistent, giving cocktails that professional finish. It’s also convenient to measure and use—just a few drops do the trick. The flavor impact is minimal, so it doesn’t interfere with the balance of the drink, which is exactly what you want in a foamer. A reliable, easy-to-use product that makes it simple to get the same effect as egg whites in cocktails.

Great for cocktails!
Okay okay. This product is pretty decent and works well with our cocktails. Don’t really like using egg whites leaves a weird film on the roof of my mouth. And how many cans of chickpeas do I have to go thru for aqua fava? This is way better. Glad we came across this product.

Very happy with my purchase!
I couldn’t find feefoam anywhere so I finally ordered it. I was not disappointed, it shipped to me literally the same day. All you need is a couple of dashes and the foam is perfect instead of using egg white or aquafaba (which can’t be used if someone has a legume allergy). So happy with my purchase!

Great egg white alternative
It could be a bit frothier than what it is but overall it is a great alternative. I use it for all my gin drinks!

Good egg white replacement
Love the foam from egg white but I personally dislike the smell of the egg white foam. Tried to find an affordable replacement for the egg white foam and this did the trick! This is the first drink I made with it and I added a couple extra drops than it recommended, so, that could explain the thick foam it had initially. I will try with the recommended amount too... but for the cost I don't mind using a little extra. I dry shake for ~10 seconds, add ice, then shake for another ~10 seconds. Didn't seem to change the color, smell, or taste of the drink. The foam did dissipate a little more quickly than egg white foam but that doesn't matter too much to me.

Can’t go wrong using this product!
Was amazed at how easily this was to use. Sure beats having to whip up an egg white!

Underwhelming, but at least I'm not anxious about eating raw egg whites.
I was excited to use this instead of a raw egg white to froth cocktails, but it is clearly not the same. It does leave a bit of a silky mouth feel, but there is very little froth, even with aggressive shaking. Instructions on the bottle say to use 2-3 dashes prior to shaking. I've used a lot more dashes than that, and even then, it's underwhelming. At least it has no discernable taste or smell. Form a chemistry standpoint, if you are curious, the active ingredients are propylene glycol and polysorbate 80. For the money, it's okay.

ESTAFA

Fantastic Alternative to Egg Whites – Easy, Safe, and Brilliant Results
Fee Foam has become a go-to staple in my cocktail kit. It delivers exactly what it promises — a clean, consistent foam that replicates the silky texture of egg whites without any of the mess, fuss, or food safety concerns. Just a few drops in your shaker, and it gives that beautiful frothy top to sours, fizzes, and other shaken drinks. It blends in seamlessly and doesn’t alter the flavour of the drink, which is a big plus if you want your bitters, citrus, or spirits to shine through. I’ve found it especially handy for hosting — no worrying about egg allergies, raw egg safety, or sourcing fresh whites. And unlike egg, Fee Foam stores easily and lasts much longer. For home bartenders and cocktail enthusiasts, it’s a brilliant, hassle-free upgrade that keeps your drinks looking and tasting professional.

Quality product
While the recommended 2-3 dashes doesn't seem to be enough to create a thick, stable foam on a cocktail, this vegan foamer works very well as an egg white substitute with no odor or discoloration to the base ingredients.

Ottimalo foamer
