So good very tasty. Tangy flavor much better flavor then all the other brands that use sugar and seed oils that are bad for you. I like the fact that this mayo uses organic ingredients.

The media could not be loaded. I opened the mayonnaise and it was separated into oil and a white gel. I tried to blend the two in the jar, they did blend together but they were runny and not the consistency of mayonnaise.The garlic aioli lacked flavor. It tasted more like mayonnaise. I was able to fix it by adding a healthy dose of garlic powder and mixing that in. I've tasted better.I bought natural Mayo before made with olive oil, but never had these issues. I would not recommend these products. One final observation, I could not read the expiration date on these bottles.
