The BEST!
These are the best hose I've ever found! For almost 23 years in the military I wore these with my dress blue uniforms and a pair of black leather pumps. For my white nurse uniform dresses, I wore them with white oxfords & they looked fine. I wear "Little Color" and they blend right into my skin tone. They have a very faint shimmer to them, which enhances the shape of your legs; it actually makes them look toned! You can dress them up or dress them down. They look equally great with dresses and slacks! These hose last forever! You simply wash them in cold water in the sink or in the washing machine (inside a lingerie bag) and hang them up to dry. They don't snag easily, either! Hanes Alive pantyhose are worth every penny!!

Color too light for black women
Wrong color for black women. They are not for brown legs too light for dark legs.A day late returning them.

Hanes panty hose in color “barely there”
I gave it 3 stars because it is highly over stated on the color “Barely There”. On a white person this color is Tan! Barely there is not barely there…lol. Good for maybe summer time. Did not check before getting to a party that I had to change into my dress clothes. Omg! Looked like my legs were a reddish chocolate and face white! Lol

Don't be afraid to size up!
Based on the provided sizing guide (I'm 5'2" and around 135), I went with a C at first. I thought I was giving myself some wiggle room by going a size up. BOY, I was wrong. I could barely get the C past my knees! I have disproportionally large thighs compared to everywhere else so I guess I should've foreseen this coming. I tried squeezing into them anyway and ripped them all up. Lesson learned! I ordered an E this time and it fits... if not a hair snugger than I would prefer. When I need another pair, I'm definitely going to order an F for extra comfort. They're nice and stretchy, the perfect ratio of black and sheer, and the control top really hugs your stomach flat (though that might be because I ordered a size smaller than what is probably best!).

They are medium gray sheer tights
They are literally just medium gray sheer tights. I don’t understand calling them black, they’re just not black. I’m sure they look different on all skin tones. I’m a fair olive. To me they just looked gray both on w my outfit and off on their own. Did ruin my all black fit sadly
