Item shipped super quick, The cord is a decent length (54.86CM), It works as intended for it's purpose at the office. Does not affect the audio output (Input?) of the headset's earphones, which is a huge plus. Also does not affect the audio output of the headset's mic, which was something we were very concerned would be an issue, and wow were we pleasantly surpised that there was no interference at all. My friend/co-worker and I are very pleased with this product and plan to by more in the future for the rest of the office to use for their new headsets. 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Braided cable, you wont ever need another.
I originally bought this USB headphone adapter back in 2020, and it’s been a rock-solid product ever since. The sound quality is great, the build feels durable, and it’s held up through daily use without any issues. Recently, due to a mistake on my end, I needed a replacement cable. The company immediately sent me a new one for free with zero hassle, which really shows how much they stand behind their products. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Overall, this is a great product from a company that clearly takes care of their customers.
