Cleaning the tubing on a CPAP machine is difficult at best and nearly impossible at worst. This brush makes it easy. The diameter is the right size to fit snugly into the tube and clean the inside. I have a fairly small bathroom sink and that makes it harder to get the brush all the way through the tube but it does an excellent job of cleaning once I get it all the way through.The smaller brush is great for cleaning the mask. I can work it into the nasal pillows and clean them properly.This is a good product to own if you are s CPAP user.

The long device is strong enough to last a while and all brush bristles are surprisingly gentle to keep from harming the interior of your tubing. It's a very acceptable kit at around $15.

Found this little gem while searching for cpap accessories. It's the perfect length for the entire cpap hose, it reaches completely end to end and ensures a good through cleaning. Sometimes it's a little hard to pull back out. I'm confident that this product is sufficiently cleaning my hose to keep me healthy. The bristles are very durable and so far have keep their shape. Loved it so much, also bought one for my mom to use on her machine. Highly recommend to keep your tubing clean.

I’ve used the CPAP Tube Cleaning Brush several times now, and here’s my take. The 7-foot length is great and it’s flexible enough to maneuver through the tubing without being too flimsy. However, the bristle end of the brush doesn’t fully contact all the sides of the tube, especially when wet. I’m concerned that it’s not thoroughly cleaning the entire inner surface, just the areas closest to the brush.For context, I’m using this brush to clean the tubing of a reptile humidifier, which has a similar diameter to CPAP tubing. If I had known beforehand, I would have chosen a brush with a slightly larger diameter or stiffer bristles. I realize that scratching the inside of the tubing is a concern, but there must be a balance between flexibility and effectiveness.Overall, it does the job, but it requires multiple passes to clean all surfaces properly.
