Great value for money
At $380 CDN taxes in, this iSUP is great value for money and currently the cheapest on Amazon.ca atm.No noticeable defects or parts missing. With the included hand pump took about 7 minutes to pump up to around 12-13psi, was a bit of a workout. Pump got a little warm--I'll probably take it slower next time. Expect it to take 10-15min going at a comfortable rate.Took about 5 minutes for the pump gauge to start reading, and went up quickly towards the end. Keep pumping, even after the board has gone completely solid! If the air valve leaks, as the included manual instructs you can use the valve wrench to tighten it. Mine didn't.Board looks a bit plain, but the white should help keep it a bit cooler in the sun, hopefully helping its durability. Not a fan of the orange sides, but it's high visibility.Included paddle floats in salt water when assembled. Disassembled, grip and handle end pieces float. Middle section eventually sinks as expected. (Hack: stuff bits of styrofoam inside if you think a kid might pitch it unassembled into the water.)Board stinks a lot, so plan on storing and airing it out somewhere for a while.Haven't taken it out on the water yet, and will update this review when I do.Update:Everything seems fine out on the water. There wasn't much surf/wind, but wake from certain boats can be a little challenging.Almost a week since being unpackaged and still releases strong fumes indoors. So, again, make sure you have a storage locker or outdoor area to store the paddleboard when not in use.3-Month Update:Fumes completely disappeared by around 4-6 week mark.More importantly, have taken this board out 11 times now over the last couple months--still holds up!Minor signs of wear on the foam near where I stand. Probably have to re-lube the pump tube before the summer's over.As of the 11th outing, I've noticed one invisible slow-leak that's formed on the orange side-wall. Not sure why it formed (repeated folding? there's no scuff or puncture marks), but doesn't affect performance. The board came with 2x white 5.5x16.5cm patches, but I'm ordering some clear PVC patches+glue now... could've done that sooner.Hopefully the board lasts for the rest of the season, and beyond, but either way at this point I've basically gotten my money's worth. The board is slow--it's a barge--so don't expect to be passing any kayaks and canoes! But it's great to just get out on the water when I want, for however long I want, and not have to deal with rental windows. Can't beat the portability, too.Side-note: not recommended, but if you want to bring a friend on the water, I tested the board with two (~275 lbs, board rated for 350 lbs) and it still handles surprisingly decently.5-Month Update:This thing's the gift that keeps giving! Have taken this board out 15 times now, all salt water. The previously mentioned invisible slow-leak was fixed just with some PVC glue (Amazon.ca product # B07L589R7S) and no patch, and has held up for 2 months now. A tear has developed in the shrink wrap between the paddle blade and tube, but I don't really think it's needed anyways. At this point I could probably upgrade to a smaller more maneuverable board, particularly on quieter days, but that's not the board's fault.14-Month Update:Didn't use it much over the winter and spring, but the board's still good. No slow leaks that I can tell. Little more wear on the foam that gets stepped on. Pump valve where the hose connects is starting to slow leak but it's still OK. Interesting to see the iSUP prices crashed this year and this is only $220 CDN right now.

Great board, great value!
So impressed with how easy this was to carry around, inflate, deflate, and pack up. In terms of stability and size, it felt just like the ones we rent.As so many others mentioned, the psi gauge didn't seem to work ... Our pump stopped being able to pump air into the board (because the board was so fully inflated) while the psi was barely over 0.Wish they offered more colors - we ended up buying our second board from a different company so that my husband and I could have different looks.

Great Value for the money!
I bought two of these because I always want to have someone else with me, but also, for the cost, two of these is the same as one regular SUP. I've had them for a couple of weeks and got out a handful of times already, inflating and deflating each time. Definitely worth the investment. Only takes me about 8 minutes to pump up *** the gage will not work until you're at least around 5 PSI so if it hasn't moved, keep pumping! The nozzle on one of the pumps was defective and would not latch to the board. I contacted the seller, they promptly responded and sent me a replacement which works fine.As for comparison to a regular SUP, I find these very sturdy! As for speed, I can't really compare because I'm more of a leisurely paddler, but I have taken this out on the river with a bit choppy water and also on shallow creeks. The great thing about these is you can transport them anywhere deflated in the carrying bags! Two of them fit in my trunk without even having to put my seats down and I am able to store them while living in a small condo. Nothing but great experience with these so far!

Waiting for update from seller
Updated:10 stars in my opinion. Slight defect in the product but customer service experience was great. Very responsive and very quick to resolve my concerns. New paddle board arrived within three days and was back on the water in no time. Would purchase this board again and from this seller again.Board has formed an air bubble on the top of it after only a few times out.Waiting for seller. Will update on response and resolutionBoard is GREAT! Can’t beat the price or the durability of this thing. Comes with everything you need to get up and running.Inflating- will take 4-5 minutes depending on how fast you pump. Being a first time rider, this is very easy to use. I’m 6’2” and 220.. holds me just fine. Pretty basic and no graphics or tie down anchors; but I don’t need either and didn’t want to spend more to get a pretty picture. Timely delivery and great product! My ten year old and wife both love it too!

Awesome sturdy board but paddle isn't the best
So far it's awesome! Comes with everything you need. Ignore any poor reviews that mention broken psi gauge - it works absolutely fine. The trick is that the gauge does not engage until it gets past around 5 psi (looks almost filled) i.e. Just keep inflating and it will work. It's also way sturdier than I imagined - I've taken my husky on before clipping his claws and no issues except a small scratch on the foam padding on top (just superficial, so did not go through to the actual board material), easily remedied by clipping claws or putting a small mat down. Nice big size, plenty of space for a dog (or even a second person) and feels super safe. As a newbie this has been awesome so far. The only thing is the paddle is not the best - the adjustable length does not seem to tighten enough and moves between lengths when apparently locked. This means potentially it could loosen so much it comes apart and maybe result in losing part of your paddle if this happens while in use. This is the only reason I put 4 stars instead of 5, as I will have to buy a new paddle if I can't tighten the fitting somehow. That said, for the price this is an absolute steal and would highly recommend.
