I’ve used Affresh tablets to clean my washer since I’ve had it and they seemed to work fine although after using a couple of tablets the washer drum would smell a bit musty. This month I had a torture test because my front load washer suddenly had standing water in the front seal/gasket area. I was thinking I might have to call a plumber but chatGPT told me it was likely clogged drainage holes in the seal that I could clean myself. No noticeable blockage in front of the drains so I figured they needed to have sludge cleaned from the inside with chemicals. I ran two cycles of Affresh and the standing water went down a bit so it seemed to have some benefit but the clog wasn’t broken. I saw this brand on Amazon and saw it had a claim about limescale so I thought the cleaning agents might be stronger than Affresh. Put one of these tabs in the clean cycle last night and the standing water was GONE this morning!!! I compared the ingredient lists and this brand does have more actives than Affresh. I may still use Affresh occasionally for lighter cleaning but these tabs definitely are more powerful to break up sludge or clogs. So relieved to save a service call and hundreds of bucks on a plumber!

Works! Washer drum appeared clean...fresh. unless you disassemble the machine you may not know for absolute sure. However smells fresh

They’re easy to use—just pop one in and run a cycle—and they leave a light, fresh scent afterward. However, I noticed some buildup still left behind in the drum and around the seal even after multiple uses. For regular maintenance, they work fine, but if your machine needs a more thorough cleaning, you might need something stronger.

Well if the amount of suds means it’s reaching every amount of dirt then YES it’s done a awesome job cleaning, also the smell afterwards is pleasant and makes ya feel like it’s done its job well. Fully endorse this cleaner, did a great job

The True Fresh cleaner tablets do the job correctly the first time around. It leaves the washing drum clean without any odor. Definitely will buy again.
