My 92 yo mother, a very experienced knitter and stitcher, found this positively challenging. Lots of intricate bits (for her) which were good for her mental stimulation. Some bits she changed to suit her personal artistic appreciation. She beamed with pride when the finished picture was framed and hung up in her room. The vibrant indoor colours were highlighted by the outdoor snowy landscape. The cat looks better with a red collar!

Long stitch kits are hard to find. This kit is very nice, colors vibrant. Came together quickly

I absolutely love this, it took a while for me to purchase as it’s not cheap and am so pleased I eventually did. I lost my dear cat May 2021 and was heartbroken, he was a black cat so this was perfect. I’d seen it many times prior to his passing but when he had I just had to buy it.It wasn’t as hard as I thought, it took me a while to get started as I was anxious as to whether I could do it but as images show I did. It’s not perfect but it is for me as a memory piece.The 4 stars is purely down to the material, I wasn’t keen working on it but I can see why it was chosen with using such thick strands.I would highly recommend it and would say that I’m no expert but I managed, even a beginner could do this.I was going to make a cushion cover and add this onto it, but I’ve decided on a frame instead to protect it. Which ever I decide in the end I’ll upload an updated image.
