Will these work for zebra pens ?

Sorry I cannot confirm this definitively. However, as long as the Zebra insert is straight and not tapered at any portion, it should be OK. I would suggest you measure the zebra insert before ordering. The description calls out the length as: 10.7 cm/ 4.2 inches; Note: not suitable for pens that are too long. Must pay attention to product size. I actually had to insert something to increase the length for my purposes.

I did not receive this even though it says I did

They did not meet my satisfaction. They leak .write rough, and are scratchy.

do these work with the resin pen molds that show 4.3 inch pens with the molds?

As I wrote in my review, that tip-to-shoulder distance is about 1.1 inch. However, the amount of ink in these refills is less than the original in my Office Depot Super Comfort Grip Retractable Ballpoint Pens.
