CB006 Advanced Ultrasonic Bat Repelling System - Demands Bats to Leave

I bought this over 9 years ago, and it's still working great! Bats were roosting in my covered entry way every night and leaving droppings and pieces of dead bugs. I gave this ultrasonic repelling system a chance, and it's still going strong. I didn't want an extension cord visible, so I wired in a dedicated power outlet for this. Every once in a while, the GFI on the outlet will trip - cutting power. When that happens, I start seeing bat droppings again within a day or two. When I reset the GFI, the bats go away. There is a slight high pitched sound that I can hear from it. So that may bother some people if you have it on a back patio or somewhere that you'll spend a lot of time. But it's well worth the trade off for me. It's been very durable - even after I accidentally sprayed it when I was hosing down my entryway. It's relatively small, so it doesn't take up a ton of space. There are different settings that work better for different bats and different scenarios. Follow the instructions and reach out to the manufacturer if you need help with the settings. If you're looking for a way to keep bats away and you're okay with a slight high pitched tone, I'd highly recommend this.

The previous owner that built the house we now own thought it strategic to save $150 on installation of wire mesh screening under the title 24 ridge caping on the 3 dwellings. Very stupid. Enough of our buyers regret (a litany of issues from their cheap construction methodologies) and let’s fast forward to this solution and it is a good solution. We procured 2 of these units to install in 2 of the 3 structures on our property. The units were very effective in preventing the return of the bats from their over wintering south of us and successfully drove out a few of the early arrivals. However, one of the units failed - just stopped working - and, I’m not sure how long it was out of service, we now have a colony building up. Knowing how successful these units were (and are), I immediately ordered some replacements and upgraded to the more powerful unit for the area that was seeing accumulation due to the original units failure. Now to the 2nd part of the title. On a lark, since the 30 day Amz window and the 60 day Cleanrth window for returns had passed, I sent off an email on a Sunday evening to Cleanrth to just ask if there was any chance of getting a replacement. It wasn’t an hour before Michelle sent me back a response apologizing for the failure and letting me know a replacement would be on its way. 4 days later, voila! Replacement unit arrived. I think the failed unit was just a fluke, looking at other reviews, but the quality of their service is anything but that. It is rare to have such good response and service these days but Cleanrth really gets behind their products. I highly recommend them for both characteristics.

Great product, very effective, easy to use and install. It drove the bats in our attic nuts and they all got out of there! Vaccuumed up the bat guano so we could track whether the bats had returned. Went a whole year with no bats. Then, heard a "clicking" noise from the supersonic speaker. Then a little later two clicking noises (from both speakers). Then, guano. Been managing with cinnamon/thyme spray and moth balls, but trying to keep them out of the attic is a job. Verdict: It works great until it doesn't, and apparently it can't take the heat in my super-scorcher of an Attic in Missouri. Gonna try another similar product to see if it lasts longer.

I read all the reviews before ordering and, like many others, we had tried everything from moth balls to essential oils, with no success. The first night of usage, there was definitely a decline in the number of bats that were roosting under our patio overhang! The second night, they were gone! We were ecstatic! No more bat urine, poop and dead bugs below the areas they used to hang. My husband decided to turn the unit off to see if the bats would return. After a few nights, they did return. So, he turned it back on and they disappeared again. HOWEVER, we discovered that the presence of bats in our area is seasonal. So, from the end of October until April, bats aren’t even in our area! That’s why they were gone. April rolls around and even though we have our “Ultrasonic Bat Repelling System” plugged in, we are getting bats every night! We tried switching to different levels, no success! The extensive instructions say to contact Cleanrth if we have tried all the settings and they would assist with further efforts. Contacted through the Amazon link. On June 4, I received an email from Michelle, asking which product and which pest. (UMMM…I contacted through the product link from my purchase, shouldn’t they have that info?) I responded at 8:36 am to the email with the necessary information. On June 28 after receiving no further response, I sent another email. To this date, September 27, I have yet to hear back from the company! I feel like we just threw away $64! Product is useless long term and the customer service is PATHETIC!! Don’t walk away from this product…RUN, if you don’t want to lose your hard earned money like we did!! We had a bat that was hanging out on the porch for a long time which would be okay except that he left little bat turds and lots of them on my porch. I bought some ultrasonic bat repellent from Walmart and they did nothing. I researched ultrasonic bat repellent devices on line and they recommended this brand. I was very doubtful but ordered it. I am happy to say that it worked and I have no problem! Awesome

The device worked and eliminated my bat problem over a few months. I had a problem with the device and emailed the company on a Saturday. Within a few hours I got a response which was surprising. One of the best customer services I have ever experienced. They immediately sent me a new device, which I received in just a few days. Even had a personalized note apologizing for the device having an issue. I highly recommend this device not only because it works, but the customer service is exceptional!

This worked for a little bit but the bats in my attic came back. Very easy to setup. The noise does not bother my ears or my dogs ears. This is a good concept out of a small little box, however, from my testing it is questionably effective against the bats in my attic. The box is small enough you can plug multiple devices into the same outlet. It might work better for others. For the price, it's worth a shot and a decent value.

We have had bats hanging on our porch front and back for years. We tried repellents of all kinds that worked for a while. We had bat poop/pee right in front our door every day. Then they came to our back porch too and balcony too. The only thing that worked was leaving the lights on. This attracted many insects and the spiders moved in. We had spider webs all over. Then we bought the Cleanrth CB006 plugged it in on the front porch, and turned off the lights. It has been almost a month and NO BATS!!! In fact, no bats are in the back either. I was going to purchase another for the back porch but I am not sure I will need it. I highly recommend this product! Update: I think the dang bat got used to this after a few weeks. I have set it on the higher setting and for 2 days all clear. I will give it a month or so to see if this bat will love me or leave me.....
