can it hold badminton rackets?

The largest one should be able to. It's very large. If a badminton racket is less than 28" it should fit because it's pretty wide too.

Is this duffel bag made in the United states

No it is not, I believe it was made in china

Does anyone have the width of the ribbon for the handles?

Hi, the width of the handles is 1.5in.

Can the 20" fit 14oz boxinh gloves?

Too many variables in glove sizes. You're safer going with the mid size bag.
