Does this product have an spf? if so, how much?

No SPF that I can find anywhere on the packaging. I have a brand new unopened box now. I use this everyday over my sunscreen/foundation instead of powder.

Is this product oil free?

It has the consistency of water and does not feel oily on my skin. Dries clear, but I’m not 100% sure there is no oil.

Is this the full size 4oz as in the photo, or the mini?

Yes, it is. I have the full size bottle and says 4 US fl. oz. or 120 ml
