The melting point of beeswax is around 143 F, so it should be fine! (may be a bit soft though)

Sorry, this might be a stupid question but where does the wax go when it's burned? Does it just pool down the sides?

Because it is pure wax, it burns off completely, no pooling. I love my candles! Caution though, the burn time is DRASTICALLY overstated.

Oh it's amazing , it's an old fashioned courting date candle. If you were using it back in the 18th or 19th hundreds you would burn the amount of time a suitor could court your daughter :)
