DEA A5137 Front Engine Mount

These fit correctly and are correct for the application, however they are NOT as good as OEM. My OEM versions were completely worn out at 180,000 miles on my 2005 Trailblazer. These did fix my very rough idle vibration, but the engine doesn't feel quite as smooth under acceleration, and shakes the entire vehicle when the engine is shut down. This is immediately noticeable after I installed them But I will say they are good for the money. If you want the ultra smoothness as new, buy the OEM versions at double the $$$ Otherwise these work OK. Note these seem to be hydraulic, and you can hear the fluid inside when you shake them, but I think they are no better than solid rubber.

I ordered 2 of these motor mounts for my 2003 chevy trailblazer installed them on 1/12/2014 and the vibration didnt go away after googling reviews on the dea mounts do not buy stay away spend the 96 dollars at the dealer for the parts takes about 2 hours to install yourself go to dealer for part fair warning. After reading up on the internet about aftermarket motor mounts not solving the vibration problem, I went ahead and installed this DEA mount. my other mount was changed last year with a GM mount and was fine. recently the older mount leaked out the fluid and the vibration started. when I put the new DEA mount on, the vibration was better but now it has gotten worse again.I was warned the aftermarket ones were no good but I didn't listen. I wish I had never seen this mount.

This worked great on my 2004 Trailblazer EXT.

If there was a zero start rating i would. Made my vibration 10x worse in my 2004 trailblazer.
