I bought this to camouflage in my greys, i have auburn/brown hair, a little reddish. This was perfect! My hair comes down to my butt, used whole bottle. Next time I'll buy two 😅 was just enough to cover, but only just! Colour is great, smell is good, not over powering. Application was easy and not too messy!

So I got this as I was trying to find something to blend my bright white hairs that are a very noticeable contrast toy natural hair colour. While it hasn't got rid of them (which is not what I was going for) it has toned them a dirty blond/light brown. I must stress though I did NOT follow the instructions to get this result so I am unsure what result I would have gotten on my bright white hairs had I done that. I used it on completely dry hair and left it about an hour. I would say it has had the desired effect and has left my hair smelling nice, (smell reminds me of summe holidays and suncream) and soft. I did have to use gloves to apply but that wasn't a problem. The reason I have knocked one star off is the staining. I know some staining with this is unavoidable, however after accidentally getting a small amount on a door frame and immediately wiping it off it has left a noticeable stain. Then there is the bath situation, it has left a significant stain in my bathtub. With a product that can only be washed off in a sink, bath or shower cubicle it is less than ideal that it will stand the surface of whatever you are washing your hair in. Short of hosing off in the garden I'm stumped for a solution to this problem. So in conclusion this did have the desired look I was going for but I'm not sure if I would use it again as the the staining was quite significant.

I originally bought this to use between balayage appointments. Once my roots grow out, the transition can start to look a bit awkward, especially if I have a long wait before my next salon appointment. This gives my hair a lovely chocolate brown colour and helps blend everything together temporarily. I ended up liking it so much that I use it regularly now. I can enjoy having chocolate brown hair for a while, then after around 10–15 days it gradually washes out and my blonde balayage comes back through. I love being able to switch between the two looks without committing to permanent colour. I’ve repurchased this so many times that I’m now subscribed to have it delivered automatically. Definitely one of my favourite hair products.

I bought this to hide my grey hair coming through. I've been using it every few weeks, for the past few months. It's easy to use, doesn't stain my bathroom (as much as permanent) and it smells nice. Although it does cover my grey hairs, it doesn't last long and washes out within a few washes, much quicker than the blue (I have mostly brown hair with blue underneath). I still use the product but may search for longer lasting temporary hair dye. This product is a nice conditioner and less damaging to my scalp, hair, bathroom and doesn't require the faf of mixing etc that permanent hair dye requires.

Great colour fresh mask. It refresh hair colour, add the shine + condition the hair. Lovely shade of chocolate brown. Really good price here on Amazon.

This is an honest review as I really had high hopes for this, I'm early forties and while I'm not ready to embrace the greys I do want to use products as chemical free as possible. I left on for 20 minutes, the finished results from the chocolate touch colour were orange blonde roots and no visible difference on my medium brown dyed hair. I have naturally curly hair and even after thoroughly rinsing out my curls were so weighed down they barely formed any more. A very strong smell also lingered for 2 days, which I can only describe as like an elderly ladies perfume. I have just double washed with an expensive chelating shampoo and while lots of the product washed out, I am still left with the awful smell in my hair. I have used many hair products over the years and this is by far the worst I have ever tried unfortunately, I'm going to go back to using my trusted permanent hair dye.

My hair color is amazing, and it blends into the first grays. I use the chocolate mask, this is my winter color and spring. In the summer, add caramel glaze. I also gloss my hair too a nice brown gold, so the blend is amazing. Great product
