Will this sheath ride sideways? Can it be adjusted for the tool to ride parallel to the belt

No the clip only sits vertical. You have about a quarter inch you could adjust up and down vertically

My leatherman super tool is very old. not a 300.. will it fit in the super tool 300 holster?

My Leatheman super tool 300 length, width and height is. 4.5” x 1.35” x .75”. That was measuring it closed up laying flat on the table. With the plier end that slide in first facing away from me

Will this also hold the Leatherman rebar or only the super tool 300?

It does fine job holding my leather man 200 all I can say bout that !!
