Very safe and does not hurt like the other electric pump. It’s just like feeding
I ordered this Hakka cause i already had one and lost it. It’s very helpful if you don’t like the electric pump, especially night feedings. Or when you outside/ want to feed regularly. I recommend 100%

Excellent Product
I love this. I had bought even flo hand pump initially in the hospital to help my milk come in. I got this one after I came out just to try it. I definately prefer this and as I developed carpel tunnel and tendonitis this gave my hands a well needed break. My baby is 12 weeks today and it's still going strong.

Essential early postpartum item!
Wife has to pump in the night to feed baby and baby only feeds on one side at a time. She uses this during the non-pumping feeds and gets 1 oz out within 8 minutes on the non-feeding side, whereas she'll get a little less than 2 oz out when pumping. She said to watch videos first to make sure it's positioned correctly and then it won't hurt. It's very effective and easy to use! She highly recommends it when building a stash within the first 3 months after birth.

I highly recommend for new mothers
For mothers who are just learning to feed, pump, etc. this is a life saver!!! Get to know how your breasts work and how your milk production works and say goodbye to suction issues with machines. These are so helpful!

Must have for breastfeeding moms
A must have for breastfeeding. I catch 3-4 ounces on my opposite side. A passive way to build a freezer stash. You do need to be careful as baby gets older and starts to kick but super easy in the early days.

Painful (triggered vasospasm)
I really wanted to love this, because I love the Haaka ladybug to catch letdown, and I hate having to hook up an electric pump if my baby doesn't stay awake to nurse on both breasts overnight. I tried it last night, and unfortunately as soon as I put it on, I had painful vasospasm. I've had this before when first nursing, and when pumping with a flange that was too large on my electric pump. I tried it on both breasts, same issue. It's a good product, but unfortunately not for me.Pros: easy to clean and operate, one piece with no cracks or connections to trap microbes, food grade silicone, effective suction to keep it on the breastCons: triggering pain for me, likely because the flange opening is putting too large a suction area on my breast, didn't extract much milk (about the same amount as I get with the ladybug that just catches letdown), but I didn't keep it on for very long due to pain.
