The picture is very grainy and the charm does not look polished. It was delivered after 25 days from china. Not happy wih this product.

High quality pictures seems durable
Bought for my girlfriend she loves it! Pictures are very high quality! I was expecting pixilation to be visible considering the small nature of the charm but that was not the case. The metal heart is maybe slightly two thick in my opinion but it seems to fit in with the nature of the other charms on her bracelet
