This is the third one I bought. I have never had a problem with them, except for losing the caps. The company sent me some caps and recommended that I attach the cap to the back while in use. Made very well and the write protection switch is great! I got it originally because I was tired of viruses being transfered onto my flash drive whenever I used the computers at work, then contaminating my home computer with them. With the write protected switch, "on", you can use your flash drive wherever you want and not be worried about viruses being transferred to it. The company's service is great also. They were very personable and always respond quickly.
