Good Multiple!
Good product! I've used it for several years! And I'm glad its available on Amazon as it isn't sold in the town I live in and I don't like being without it. As the name suggests, they use green whole foods in the formula which I think provides some of the micro nutrients that helps your system make proper use of what's in there. I don't rely on just vitamins to get my nutritional needs met, but with the rush and pressure of daily life, I am glad this product is available to help fill in some of the gaps left by eating on the run, not eating at all, or eating nutrient deficient foods.
