Just fine, there is enough adjustment in the chair to fit someone that tall

Yes and it’s adjustable and comfortable

Q: Do the arms flip up so it is armless?

No they don’t flip up. You could unbolt them where the bend up but it might leave some sharpish edges.

Q: For those of you who already own the "Elite", do you hear any thumps or squeaks, when rocking? Mine does after a day. It’s driving me crazy.

I did have some squeaking. I applied treadmill silicone lubricant to the chair. I tired to apply it it or the various seat-back and seat-base attachment/ bending points. I made a bit of a mess and it took a couple of ties but mine it quiet now for over a year.
