Vitamin C Pills and Supplement, 1000mg, 100 Caplets, Pack of 2

I am a big believer in Vitamin C and have been taking it daily for decades. I get fewer colds and generally feel better when I'm taking it than when I take some time off. I've tried other brands over the years but keep coming back the Nature's Bounty: they just seem to work better for me. Besides the well spoken immune system benefits it's also an effective antioxidant and supports collagen production (good for skin and joints). According to webmd C may support heart health and have anti-inflammatory benefits but there is some debate about whether it is anti-inflammatory. I just know when I take it I feel better than when I don't. The caplets are about what I expect in size for 1000mg Vitamin C. I find these easy to swallow, but they can be broken in half if needed without problems. Before this order I was getting my Nature's Bounty 1000mg C at a local independent drugstore, but they (most sadly) went out of business. Thus my first Amazon order of this wonderful supplement and I'm pleased the price was less than my local CVS plus it was delivered in perfect condition. Just what I (or anyone) likes. This 2 pack of 100 caplets got should last me 6 months. I've been very pleased with Nature's Bounty Vitamin C for decades. Long before my recent Amazon order. I trust the brand to provide a quality product and makes me feel better. That 5 stars to me.

Great product and Priced Right.

Provides health benefits to humane system, soar to taste and is effective. Low in sugar content.

I have no complaints with this product, except for one thing. For some reason, they are EXTREMELY difficult to swallow. I take other medications, and of course like most people, eat and drink a variety of items daily. I have no problem swallowing other medications or anything else - but this ONE stubborn preparation baffles me! I have even snapped the caplets in half and attempted to take a half at a time, but it just doesn't help. Most other medications I've encountered have a coating to help them go down easily; this definitely lacks such a coating. I usually end up simply chewing this tablet, but I probably don't have to tell you that they're EXTREMELY sour. All I can say is that this definitely SHOULD NOT be used by someone who has any difficulty at all swallowing things. Otherwise, as long as you're willing to chew these, they should work nicely for you.

I find these vitamins C to be of good quality. Have use this brand for years
