how long will it take to duplicate a 2 hour DVD

It typically takes between 5 ~ 8 minutes to duplicate a 2-hour DVD, in regard to the actual burn time, not accounting for loading and unloading the discs. The final time is dependent on the actual content capacity, burn speed, and the quality of the master disc, meaning if there are defects in the master disc that the machine can overcome.

Can the drives function as readers, and copy DVDR data to a hard drive or network drive? Is there software to do this automatically for all drives?

This system is only designed to make duplications of a single master disc and does not have the ability to connect to a computer or network to rip content from a DVD to an external hard drive or other storage device. How do i change 120v to 115v? so annoying. if i would've known ide go through this much trouble i would of never ordered! don't buy!!!!!

You do not need to change the voltage - the 120V works for 115V, the only time you would have to change the voltage is if you were in Europe or somewhere they use 230V. If you are using the duplicator in North America, it's already preset to the correct voltage setting and there's nothing more you need to do.

Does it have a hard drive to save the disc image files? If not, is there room to add one?

Cd dvd duplicator if your own material.

Easy to use, plug in, flip the switch in the back and push the button in the front in the middle at the bottom of the front. Open the bottom drawer first, put in blank and continue on up, the top one is for the original. Close the top drawer and work your way down closing all the drawers. In very little time, you’ll have your duplicates.

14 month failure after warranty

Worked fine had to adjust the power button was always an issue. I had to wiggle it in order to make it stay on. But I got it to work we used it for the church to send duplicate files of the sermons to the homebound. Now at 14 months after the warranty it does not come on the lights Flash and won't stay on. Very disappointed and will not buy again I'm going to see if local repairman can fix the power button issue.

Don't waste your hard earned money

This was the biggest piece of crap of any electronics I have ever owned in my life. I bet I used it less than 20 times and it shorted out and won't turn on now. I bought this in Aug of 2022 Paid $213.00 for this junk. Can't get any service and Amazon should take this back and reimburse me for all the money I spend here. I would truly appreciate being contacted regarding this matter. I'd buy a different one if they take care of my problem. UPDATE: They decided to not take care of my issue with defective merchandise so done with Amazon and i'll be sure to tell everybody I know how crappy this big company is.

Box worked Great, UNTIL It STOPPED WORKING!!!

This is a GREAT Box, until it is NOT!! The burner worked perfectly since I bought it in 2023, but as several other buyers have stated, the box just STOPPED WORKING, and will not turn on. Could it be a bad power module? All I know is that I spent over $240 for this device, which is far too much for it to only work for a year or two!! Obviously, there is something going on with this box, so you should be very wary!!

Better tech support needed!

Responses on machine do not always match instruction manual. Tech support was no help at all. They have no experience with this machine. Got it to work with some cd's, but won't work with others that it should.
