I've been using these for a few years and I love these fiber pills. Easy to swallow. Gentle on my stomach. Produces regularity.

Fiber really should be part of everyone's health plan. Sadly most people are seriously lacking fiber in their diet. So it really helps to get it in other ways that the body can utilize.I especially like to use it when I eat things like carbs and sugary items. I keep upping the amount I take but so far I can't see that it's made any difference. I will continue to take them because they're inexpensive and easy to take, and it sure can't hurt to get some extra fiber.
