I wish I read their email.
My collar was WAY too small. I ordered it in preparation of a new puppy. So I guessed at a size - and my guess was very, very wrong.I even pulled out a drill and made a new hole at the very end of the collar - and it was still way too small.It went in the trash and I ordered a new one.That's when I noticed an email from Mangnus Leather. They have a program for incompetents like me. If you ordered the wrong size, they have a program to get you the right size for only $5.Oh well. It's only money right?Just an FYI, I ordered the red leather thinking it would be stained red leather from the tanning process. It's not. It's a solid color applied after the leather has been cut. I didn't like it too much - but it wasn't horrible either.I'm trying the dark brown this time.

Great purchase, great product
Good quality, this is a re-purchase. The first one we bought more than lasted thre years and it still looks decent, the main reason why we replaced it is because our dog got sprayed by a skunk and the smell did not come out.Also the seller is very responsive, we ask for some modifications from standards and they did it and were very responsive about it.

Handsome collar
Handsome collar - very pleased with the quality and is as depicted. The tag is large and noticeable enough that should my dog go missing, it can be seen that there's a nameplate and not a hanging tag. No more jingle jangle in the middle of the night or chewing on hanging tags!

I love this collar
I love this collar. I was so excited when I came across it - it is a great looking quality product. I love that the brass nameplate is adhered to the collar itself because the collar is quiet, and my dog isn't bothered by a dangling tag. When I first placed my order, the item got lost in the mail, and Magnus Leather was quick to reply and send out a replacement, they have excellent customer service. I would absolutely order from them again and recommend them to everyone. High quality product and a high quality company. Very pleased.

Great Option for ID
Beautiful, sturdy collar. I bought this because my dog has chewed through about 5 ID tags to date and I wanted something to ID him in case he got out of the yard that he couldn't reach to destroy. Great value for the collar, and the ID plate is very easy to read.

Wonderful collar
Looks great on my pup, very high quality, and is constantly complimented by everyone we meet.Such a relief to finally have a collar that doesn't jingle-jangle everywhere we go. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

red/pink fur from collar
The collar turned my dog's white neck red in the first 24 hours, and the plate was bent on arrival. I wouldn't recommend this collar at all.

Buyer beware
The excitement was short lived. At first, we were ecstatic with the collar. The personalization was great, lots of compliments. After a few months, we lost a rivet. I tried to e-mail the seller, but never received a response. That was almost a month ago.
